The first plate of "Mexican" food I ate after returning to the USA. In fact, it was the first... since many years ago (so long ago, I can't remember neither what it was nor where it was I ate). I ordered this plate of three enchiladas (one beef, one chicken, and one cheese) smothered with lettuce, tomato slices, sauce, and sour cream. Yum! I ate that at a restaurant in Cornelia, Georgia!
