Good enough to have a second time!

     For not quite 7000 wons, I enjoyed the Italian Sandwich and coffee set at Angel-in-Us Coffee Shop twice.  Just not on the same day!

I hate when a restaurant doesn't have what its menu says it should!

     After looking through the menu, I decided I wanted Lasagna.  The kind lady indicated they did not have Lasagna.  I was disappointed.  In the above picture you can see the Boston Butt and Pilaf dinner I chose instead.  Not bad for only 8,900 wons, but I would have been happier paying 12,000 wons for the Lasagna.  

Not sure I should aim for this!

Two Pork Cutlet Meals

The meal pictured above cost me 3000 Korean Wons.

The meal pictured below cost 8000 Korean Wons.

     Really, the only difference between the two is the size of the cutlet.  As you can see, though, the plate contain almost the same items.  Each meal pictured was served at a different restaurant.

Good Eats for Several Days to Come!

Beef broth I cooked up yesterday....

Yum!

Cook once and eat for a few days! Yea!

     After getting up at 7:30 am., it took no time at all for me to get these short rib simmering.

     

      After a couple hours of simmering, I ended up with this broth.  Yum!  Yum!

          After returning from the gym, I put some of the broth, a couple of the ribs, a cut up tomato, a cut up carrot, and a cut up potato into a pan.  Yep!  After than simmered a bit, I was ready for lunch.

 
     After I come home from work, I'm gonna cut up more carrots, potatoes, and other vegetables and fill that pot with stew that will last me for a few days.
