Cook once and eat for a few days! Yea!

     After getting up at 7:30 am., it took no time at all for me to get these short rib simmering.
      After a couple hours of simmering, I ended up with this broth.  Yum!  Yum!

          After returning from the gym, I put some of the broth, a couple of the ribs, a cut up tomato, a cut up carrot, and a cut up potato into a pan.  Yep!  After than simmered a bit, I was ready for lunch.

     After I come home from work, I'm gonna cut up more carrots, potatoes, and other vegetables and fill that pot with stew that will last me for a few days.
