After a few days of being bad...!

     Well, after making biscuits and cookies on the previous three days...!  That's a kale and spinach salad in the picture.  On top are cubes of a slice of bread I made and toasted.  Underneath it all are cooked legumes, tomato slices, pumpkin seeds, almonds, dried cranberries, and sliced boiled eggs.  I think a few days of gym therapy will be in order!
